Description
Metrypredrednisolon is a generic drug produced mostly by pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia such as PT Dexa Medica. Methanyprednisolon is a prednisolon derivative glucoid that has the same working effects and uses as prednison. Metylprednisolon doesn't have any natrestrium retention activity like any other glutocorticoid. Methoretylon is not recommended for pregnant and breast-fesssion, unless it's really needed. When a baby born from a pregnant mother when it consumes methypredlon, it has to be treated because of possible symptoms of sodiumsyredsyreldianysysilonicity and its are also not recommended for long development.

Asthma bronchial, skin disorder such as dermatitis, psoriasis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome and other skin disorders that are responsive to corticosteroid, collagen disorder: lupus eritematosus systemic, endocrine disorder, rheumatic disease, allergies, hematology disorder, tuberculosis meningitis, tuberculosis.

Adults and children > 12 years : initial doses of 4-48 mg / day as a single dose or a split dose. The dose of maintenance 4-16 mg / day, Child < 12 years old : initial dose of 0.8-1.5mg/kB/day, must not be more than 80 mg / day.
