Description
RUPAFIN contains Rupatdine Fumarate. Ruutadine is antagonist of H-1 receptors and also antagonists of antiplatelet factor (PAF). Both histamine and PAF cause bronchonstrictions and improve vascular potential, acting as a mediator in the inflammation process.
