Description
The Mefenamate acid is a generic drug used as a pain reliever, dysmenore, a mild pain especially when patients also experience inflammation, and reduce inflammatory disorders in general. The Mefenamate acid is included in the Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug (NSAID) that have working mechanisms in response to pain as follows: • Obsolescence of the syclogenated enzyme (COX) where it works in the formation of the protagin when it occurs and causes pain. When COXi's enzyme is interrupted, the production of the COXi enzyme, then the prostagin is less, so there will be reduced.
