Indication
As an additional therapy of diet & exercise to improve blood glucose control on type 2 diabetes patients who can't be ruled out by metformin or sytagliptin alone, or patients who have gotten a combination of cytagliptin & metformin therapy.

Warning
The significant kidney insufficiency includes intrinsic & hypoperfusion of kidneys, congesive heart disease, miocard/infarction disorder is unstable or acute with the risk of hypoperfusion & hypocemia; dehydrated, sepsis, liver function disorder. Monitors of kidney functions periodically & vit level B12 every year. Avoid alcohol consumption once a year. Avoid excessive use along with hypoglylithemia medications, or medications that affect kidney function, hemodynamic changes or medications that interfere with insing insformation of intrative examinations of intraculular substances intricular proportions.
