Primary prevention of venereal tromboembolic events in adult patients who undergo an electrocution of the pelvic bone or complete knee bone replacement surgery

Dosage
Precautions of venereal tromboembolic events after a 10-day operation of the knee bone replacement : the initial therapy of 1 to 4 capsules within 1-4 hours of surgery. If the therapy doesn't begin on the same day as surgery, the therapy starts with 2 capsules per day; after the operation of the pelvic bone replacement: 1 capsule in 1-4 hours after the operation is completed, followed by a dose of 2 capsules per day for 28-35 days. If the therapy doesn't begin on the same day as surgery, therapy starts with two doses per day.
