Dosage
Gastrobes, duodenum and a result of AINS: 400 mg 2 times a day or 800 mg 1 day before bed for 4-8 weeks. Maintenance: 400 mg before bed. Zolinger-ellison syndrome: 400 mg 4 mg times a day/can be more. Precipitation due to stress : 200-400 mg every 4-6 hours. Child (12-18 years old): 400 mg 2/4 times a day.
