Adults and children >12 : typically 4 - 48 mg/day as a single or split dose. Sclerosis : 160 mg/day for 1 week, continued 64 mg/day for 1 month

Cataracts, non-specific colonitis, pregnancy and lactation, adrenocorticoid inference, hypertension, osteoporosis
Side Effects
Retancion Na and fluid, osteoporosis, hyperpigmentation, convulsion, TIC and TIO increase.
