VOMCERAN 8MG TABLET
Description
Vomceran is a nauseating drug produced by the PT Kalbe Farma in the form of a membrane and ampulse tablet. A membrane seal tablet is created in 2 strengths of tablets 4 mg and tablets 8 mg. Each Vomceran tablet contains 8 mg containing Onsetron 8 mg which can inhibit nausea and vomiting post-op, due to cytosic agents and radiation. Vomceran should not be given to pregnant mothers (especially in the first triester) and breast-fessssive. The effect that may occur after the use of Vomceran, fever, contiplation, epitium, chest pain, and congestion.

Indication
Denial of nausea and vomiting induced by cytotoxic chemotherapy & radiotherapy, nausea and post-op vomiting.

Dosage
Recipient nausea & vomiting after surgery: Early 8 mg tablet 1 hour after anesthesia, followed by 8 mg tablets per 8 mg per hour for 16 hours. Adults: emethogenic doses: 8 mg per 12 mg per 12 hours after the 5-hour delivery of IV before chemotherapy. Emethogenic chemo: oral doses 8 mg every 12 mg per day after the delivery of IV. Radiotherapy is taken every 8 mg every 8 hours before the first time of radiotherapy. The frequency depends on radio therapy.
