Description
Mefinal capsules contain an active mefenamate acid factor 250 mg. Mefinal is a non-steroid anti-inflammatory drug. The mefenatic acid mechanism is that by inhibiting the activity of sycloxeous enzymes (COX), which play a role in the formation of prostaglandins that causes inflammatory and pain. Thus with the inhibition of the prostaglandin, mefinal is able to relieve mild pain to the headache, teeth.

Dosage
Children over 6 months : 3-6.5 mg/kgB/day every 6 hours. Adult child funds >14 : Early doses of 500 mg, followed by 250 mg every 6 hours.
